The CCC Story

In 2017, principal consultant Catherine Hackney started Confident Communities Consulting after recognizing a deep need for specialized online community management services in the professional association world. Then began the rewarding work of sharing her online community expertise with a variety of organizations. Catherine is at the heart of every CCC project; you can be assured that your project will receive her full attention. As a result of the relationships Catherine has built during her years in the industry, Confident Communities Consulting has a wide range of expertise to draw on. CCC has developed a reputation of insightful understanding of the association  community world.
